Core-Lean has become the new Title Partner of Run Mate Lac Léman from the 2022 edition. By joining forces with Run Mate, the consultancy firm which specialises in team coaching, want to highlight there are no barriers for teams to achieve results beyond all expectations when a strong team spirit prevails.

With its rapidly growing local and international presence, through the Run Mate partnership Core-Lean aims to draw on the inspirational values inherent in team sport to drive the performance of working teams in professional environments. Core-Lean is proud to collaborate with the Run Mate organisers, who are known for their ability to hold a well-organized, inclusive event, based around a team challenge designed to engage participants with a range of skill levels - much like a working environment.

A major motivation for Core-Lean’s strong commitment to running lies in the experience and values of excellence that sport embodies. Francesco Corleone, Core-Lean Chief Executive Officer, explains: “Core-Lean’s philosophy is coaching teams to perform with excellence to become best in class. The team-building experience, for an event like Run Mate, is very transforming and transcends to a working environment. As Title Partner, this also marks my personal recognition for the long-lasting collaboration I have with the Run Mate organisation team.”

Save the date for the 4th edition of Run Mate by Core-Lean, September 24 - 25

The 4th edition of Run Mate by Core-Lean will take place on September 24 and 25, 2022. The only race of its kind, teams composed of 2 to 9 participants, or ‘mates’, must run more than 200km around Lake Geneva in a relay format, across different types of terrain (roads, paths, pavements, etc). The runners must divide about thirty relay stages which range from 3km to 13km according to the strategy chosen by each team, with each mate completing one or more relays. The race takes place over two days and one night, allowing participants to enjoy the breath-taking sunset and sunrise.

“We are very pleased to welcome Core-Lean as Title Partner with whom we share the same values of team spirit, culture of excellence and accountability,” exclaims Benjamin Chandelier, Event Director. “This new partnership will allow Run Mate to continue its development and we are looking forward to welcoming the Core-Lean employees who will be participating in the event. We also welcome the Dirk Müller Foundation as a Charity Partner of the event. This foundation, which is dear to Francesco Corleone, CEO of Core-Lean, aims to support research on brain stroke as well as Doctor’s training to prevent and treat them. We are delighted with these new challenges, and we can’t wait for the runners of Run Mate to take to the streets of Lac Léman”.
