THE CONCEPT
WHAT IS RUN MATE?
Run Mate by Core Lean Lac Léman is a running event that takes place in the exceptional environment of the Lake Geneva basin.
The teams, made up of 2 to 9 Mates, must cover approximately 215 km of marked relays around the lake, using paths, trails, sidewalks, etc. The runners are divided into 24 relays ranging from 4 to 15 km depending on the strategy chosen by each team, with each Mate completing one or more relays. While a teammate runs, the others go to the next relay point by van or car to wait for them and cheer them on in a festive atmosphere.
Challenges are also offered alongside the race for even more fun. Once the race is completed, the Mates are welcomed with a delicious meal to share a friendly moment together.

WHO ARE THE MATES?
The Mates, it's you!
Teams must be composed of 2 to 9 Mates. But for more fairness, two competitions exist. Between 2 and 5 Mates, you will take part in the ULTRA competition. Between 6 and 9 Mates, in the TEAM competition.
Run Mate by Core Lean Lac Léman is accessible to everyone. Sunday runner or seasoned athlete, asphalt lover or lover of elevation: there are relay sections for all tastes. It's all simply a question of organization and strategy.
