WHAT IS RUN MATE?
Run Mate by Core Lean Lac Léman is a running event which takes place in this exceptional environment that is the Lake Geneva basin.
The teams, made up of 2 to 9 Mates, must cover approximately 220 km marked out around the lake in relays, using paths, trails, sidewalks, etc. The runners are divided into 26 relays, 4 to 15 km long, depending on the strategy chosen by each team. each Mate carrying out one or more relays. While one team member runs, the others go to the next relay point in a van or car to wait for him and encourage him in a festive atmosphere.
Challenges are also offered alongside the race for even more fun. Once the loop is complete, the Mates are welcomed with a good meal to share a moment of conviviality together.
